Sunningdale City Football Club is looking for passionate and committed coaches to join our 2026 season. This program allows coaches to register their interest and provide the necessary details to be considered for coaching our teams across all age groups.
Eligibility: Coaches must be at least 18 years old during 2026. All registrations will be reviewed, and positions will be confirmed based on experience, qualifications, and available coaching slots.
By registering, coaches agree to uphold SCFC’s values of Development, Commitment, and Achievement, and to contribute to creating a safe, fun, and disciplined environment for all players.
By proceeding with registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. IndemnityI hereby indemnify and hold Sunningdale City Football Club (SCFC), its officials, members, volunteers, and affiliated bodies harmless against any liability for injury, harm, loss, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise as a result of my participation as a referee in any matches, training sessions, events, or activities organised, hosted, or sanctioned by the club.
2. Appointment DisclaimerI understand and acknowledge that registering as a referee does not guarantee appointment or match allocation. All referee appointments are subject to availability, suitability, qualifications, fitness, and approval by the club and/or relevant governing bodies.
3. Code of ConductI agree to uphold and comply with the Sunningdale City F.C Code Of Conduct, as well as the rules, regulations, and directives of SAFA, CTTFA, and any other applicable football authority. I understand that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from officiating duties.
4. Fitness & CapabilityI confirm that I am physically and medically fit to officiate football matches and accept responsibility for managing my own health and fitness. I agree to immediately withdraw from officiating if I am unfit or injured.
5. Media ConsentI consent to SCFC using photographs, video recordings, or related media of me taken during matches or club activities for official communication, promotional purposes, and marketing across the club’s platforms.
6. Safeguarding & ConductI acknowledge my responsibility to act professionally, impartially, and respectfully at all times, particularly when officiating matches involving minors. I understand that inappropriate conduct may result in disciplinary action and/or reporting to the relevant authorities.
7. Acceptance of TermsI confirm that all information provided during registration is true and correct. I understand that providing false or misleading information may result in removal from the referee program.
