Order Cancellation, Payment & Return Policy:
All orders must be paid within 24 hours of being added to your basket to avoid cancellation. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if not yet processed or sent to production. Please double-check all personalization details before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for typos in the name or number. Returns are only accepted for factory defects or items damaged on delivery.
Order & Delivery:
Orders are submitted to our supplier every Friday, with production starting the following Monday. Expect a turnaround time of 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume. Once the match tops arrive at the Club, a WhatsApp notification will be sent for collection at the Sunningdale City Football Club clubhouse. Please specify your child's team for accurate delivery notifications.
