INDEMNITY & CONSENT DECLARATION
By proceeding with registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. IndemnityI hereby indemnify and hold Sunningdale City F.C. harmless against any liability for injury, harm, loss, damages, costs, or expenses that may arise from my/my child’s participation in any activities, training sessions, matches, or events hosted or facilitated by the club.
2. Media ConsentI consent to Sunningdale City F.C. using photographs and related media of myself/my child for the purpose of promoting the club across social media platforms, official communication, and general marketing materials.
3. Fees CommitmentI acknowledge and agree to pay all membership fees in full, in accordance with the fee structure and payment terms provided.
4. Disciplinary CodeI confirm that I have read, understand, and accept the principles of the Sunningdale City F.C. Disciplinary Code & Procedure (available from the Chairman on request). I agree to abide by any ruling or decision made by the Club’s Disciplinary Committee relating to misconduct by myself or my child/children.
5. Constitution AcceptanceI accept and agree to be bound by all conditions set out in the Sunningdale City F.C Code Of Conduct and the Sunningdale City F.C Constitution.
